Team days, workshops, and all kinds of meetings are effortlessly organized at Salo IoT Campus. Our functional and well-equipped meeting rooms, along with our first-class services, ensure a successful meeting day on campus.

The campus offers versatile spaces and services for both small and large groups. Among our 25 meeting rooms, you'll surely find a space that fits your needs, whether it's one room or multiple rooms depending on the nature of your event. You can book a meeting room for the whole day or just for an hour, according to your needs.

Delicious catering for meetings is provided by Factory Catering on campus. You can choose from a selection of ready-made catering options or discuss special requests with our skilled restaurant staff. There is also a lunch restaurant in the same building.

Examples of our meeting rooms:

Meeting Room Pii, 4 people: Our compact meeting rooms for 4 people are a functional choice for small meetings or client meetings.

Meeting Room Origo, 10 people: This meeting room for 10 people is suitable for both short meetings and full-day conferences. Need a meeting room at short notice? No worries, with our wide selection of 10-person meeting rooms, we can often provide a room immediately.

Meeting Room Vakula, 18 people: Located near the lobby, this spacious and impressive meeting room for 18 people is ideal for events with more than 10 participants. It's also recommended for full-day meetings for smaller groups.

Kuutio Sauna and Meeting Rooms, 12-30 people: Kuutio's representative facilities offer very stylish settings for meetings. The room includes a large sofa group for more relaxed meetings. Would you like to end your meeting day with a sauna? The sauna facilities are conveniently located in the same area.

Meeting Room Suora, 40 people: Our practical classroom-style rooms for 40 people have easily adjustable decor according to your needs. Additional chairs can be provided if required. Their location near the lobby facilitates organizing training days on campus – our reception service will gladly guide your guests to the right room.

Merikaari Event Venue, 70-170 people: This event venue with its own entrance is suitable for various uses! In addition to training days and smaller seminars, Merikaari is also suitable for celebrations. We recommend the space for evening and weekend events as well.
