Welcome to Salo IoT Campus's first beer tasting on Thursday, October 24th! In this tasting event, we will get to sample classic beers from Mathildedalin Kyläpanimo.
Mathildedalin Kyläpanimo is a small brewery founded by the locals. It is our tribute to the long and proud history of the ironworks villages in the Teijo area, as well as to today’s modern and vibrant village community. Although we are a small village, we are used to accomplishing big things together. With the same attitude and ambition, we brew our own beer. Each of our beers offers a little taste of the village experience. Kyläpanimo was born from the desire to explore the world’s best beer styles with locals and beer enthusiasts. We aim to create our own interpretation, naturally with a village twist. We believe beer can be enjoyed on its own, but it also pairs wonderfully with food. We also love the idea that certain types of beer are enjoyed in different seasons—beer has its own natural cycles.
The beer tasting will take place at Kuution Sauna and will last about 1.5 hours. Mia, the hostess of Kyläpanimo, will guide us through the beers and the tasting experience.
