In the October fitness class, we’ll be using step boards! Get ready for an effective stepping routine using the step board, along with bodyweight strength exercises. Be sure to bring indoor workout shoes and a water bottle.
The fitness class will be held at the Kiila event space on Wednesday, October 16th at 16:15, led by instructor Samuli Lindgren. Participation is free for employees of the campus's client companies, but advance registration is required. Welcome to join
