Boost your day with a Power Walk! Join us for a short, energizing 30-minute walk around the campus area. This break is a great way to get a boost during your workday and chat with others in a relaxed atmosphere.
As a counterbalance to Atte’s running session, there has been a request for a more accessible exercise option, and now we’re offering just that every four weeks! Compared to a traditional power walk, our pace will be a bit more relaxed, with the idea being to walk at a comfortable speed so that a shower won’t be necessary afterward.
