Experience Mobility Flow in the Last Fitness Class of the Year!
In this dynamic session, you'll move your body efficiently in all directions, challenging mobility, balance, body control, and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class combines traditional bodyweight training with mobility and movement control exercises that support musculoskeletal health and performance.
We'll begin with a warm-up to gently wake up the body after a day of work, then gradually learn bodyweight movement combinations that evolve into longer flow sequences. These can be done at your preferred intensity. The session also includes core, balance, and body control exercises, both standing and on the mat. We'll wrap up with gentle stretches and breathing exercises to relax the body and mind.
