Body Control and Balance in Training – 60-Minute Workout

This session focuses on exploring your body's functionality and sense of balance through various exercises. You’ll learn about your mobility while having fun – the session is not only engaging but also educational! The class is led by Olympic Team Physiotherapist Katriina Toivonen.
