Salo IoT Campus and Confide Toimitilapalvelut Oy have signed a collaboration agreement for reception services and the development of services tailored for tenants, starting from May 2, 2022. The goal of this collaboration is to enhance the functionality of the campus lobby services and introduce new service solutions aimed at facilitating the daily operations of campus clients.

Confide is a Finnish, privately-owned service company established in 2016. It specializes in delivering, managing, and developing comprehensive service solutions for businesses, particularly in office environments.
"Alongside reception services, we aim to simplify the daily operations of businesses on the campus by offering a variety of services including mailing services, break room amenities, and assistant services," says Björn Holmström, Service Manager at Confide. "Adjacent to the lobby service point, we plan to introduce courier and messenger services, as well as a small office supply point for essential office needs. Once established on campus, we'll also assess customer preferences for additional services and implement them where feasible," Björn adds.
