Salo IoT Campus and Visma Real Estate Ltd have signed a lease agreement for approximately 300 m² of office space in the Kiila building. The office refurbishment and renovation works are currently underway, and the move to the new premises is scheduled for May.
With the rise of remote work, Visma Real Estate's current office on Kaakelitehtaankatu in Salo has become too spacious, and the company found more suitable premises at Salo IoT Campus. "Location was the most important criterion when we were searching for new office space. We have about 50 employees in Salo, and it is important for us that Visma continues to have an office in Salo despite the increase in remote work. The move to the campus was supported by modern office facilities and efficient everyday services," says Visma Real Estate's HR Manager Emilia Boman.

Visma Real Estate's new office spaces are currently under construction on the second floor of the Kiila building. "For us, the relocation of Visma Real Estate to the campus is particularly significant because it allows us to utilize new spaces in the Kiila building. Until now, smaller office spaces have mainly been renovated in the Kuutio and Centro buildings. We currently have other lease negotiations underway for spaces in the Kiila building as well," Köykkä hints.
