Ready-to-move-in, unfurnished offices range in size from small, approximately 20 m² offices to larger ones around 250 m². The office package includes basic services such as parking, reception service, cleaning, and access to shared facilities. Additional services are also available flexibly and can be arranged according to specific needs.
The ready-to-move-in offices are predominantly open-plan, allowing flexibility in office layout and furnishings. Room dividers are available for purchase on campus to partition spaces as needed. Common areas adjacent to the office spaces include shared kitchen facilities, restroom facilities, freely available meeting rooms on each floor, as well as soundproof phone booths, which enhance everyday convenience in an open office environment.
The bright and spacious office spaces at Salo IoT Campus are also suitable for representative purposes. Small offices are primarily located in close proximity to each other, facilitating networking opportunities among campus occupants. The mostly ready-to-move-in offices are situated in the Kuutio and Centro buildings, conveniently positioned amidst campus amenities such as a café and restaurant.
