Campus facilities' cleanliness and cleaning services are provided by our reliable partner, ISS Palvelut. ISS also offers additional cleaning services tailored to the individual needs of businesses.

The campus property management is handled by our partner ISS Palvelut. Maintenance requests can be submitted electronically using the Granlund Manager Tiketti service request management system. Tiketti credentials are specific to each company, and your company will receive them upon moving to the campus. If credentials are lost, new ones can be ordered through the reception service.

On the campus, there are high-quality and spacious social facilities to facilitate activities such as commuting by bicycle. The social facilities include lockable changing rooms and shower facilities. Additionally, there are social facility solutions available for companies' own use.

Our partner Lounea provides a wide range of ICT, telecommunications, and printing services necessary for businesses, from internet connections to virtual servers and email services to production management systems.

In the campus common areas, there is an open wireless network. For your company's specific spaces, we recommend installing your own network. For more information about telecommunications solutions, please inquire with the leasing manager or Campus Host.

The campus recycling point is located in the mailroom, on the 1st floor of Kuutio. It has designated bins for the following categories: collection paper, confidential paper, cardboard, batteries, combustible waste, and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). For an additional fee, companies can also order waste bins for their own premises.

At the campus, we use the Pro24 operational management system where all safety materials related to the properties are compiled. Each client company on the campus must designate a safety coordinator who is responsible for, among other things, the evacuation safety of their company's premises.

The lobby service manages access control and key security in collaboration with our partner Securitas. All requests for keys and access permits, as well as new key orders, should be sent via email to the lobby service at info@saloiotcampus.fi. Each company has an assigned contact person who is authorized to request access permits. Designated keys are handed over at the lobby service upon presentation of identification.

On the campus, there are shared meeting rooms located near the office spaces of the companies. The use of meeting rooms on each floor is included in the rent, and the meeting room can be booked in advance through the reservation calendar.
